Should I Reach out to My Twin Flame During Separation?

I’m sorry to tell you my loves, but once you are in separation (which is only in the 3D-since you are ONE SOUL), there are specific rules you must follow if you want any chance of your person returning to you in the physical.  The main rule that you must adhere to ALWAYS, is: ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH SOUL.  What the heck does this mean, Elizabeth?? How do I communicate through soul? Is that like having an out of body experience? Don’t worry, it’s not that complex.  Communicating through soul is being at a place of peace or neutrality and having absolutely no expectations and no preferences.

Let’s break this down a little bit more, so you can really understand what I’m talking about before you initiate contact.  It is that important, because initiating contact through mind, and not soul, can set you back even further in your connection.  Remember, this connection is energetic and can only THRIVE when you are aligned with soul.  Any manipulation or control from the mind is a surefire way that will push.  Mind energy is not something that your Twin can tolerate. They physically can’t be near you if you are in mind. They need you to be in soul or else the energy won’t allow them to be in a shared space as you.

The easiest way to assess if you are in soul, before you reach for your phone or log onto your computer to initiate contact, is to ask yourself if you have any expectations or preference.  Picture you sending them a quick text message of, “Hey! Just wanted to see how you’re doing. Hope all is well.” Seems like a harmless, non-committal text, right? Well, in a 3D relationship, it would be perfectly acceptable. But your Twin is not basing the text message off the words that you type…but rather the energy that is emitted from you while you are texting it. Really listen to what I’m saying here.  It is a BIG one, in terms of importance.  You can text a message of “Hey, how are you?” and it will send your Twin the same ENERGY of “I miss you; I need you, please text me back…if you send while you are in mind. Two totally different sets of words, same energy. 

You need to ask yourself if you have any expectations or preferences that will result from you reaching out to them.  Are you expecting a response back? Will you be constantly checking your phone to see if they read or replied to you? If so, you have an expectation… and that is mind.  Soul doesn’t care.  Soul just IS.  You must be in a place of neutrality or peace (SOUL) to communicate, otherwise you will be pushing. If you can honestly say you have no preference or expectation, then go ahead and send the message if you feel inspired to.  But if you do have any kind of preference or expectation, wait on messaging them.  Messaging from a place of mind will get you ghosted, if not blocked and that is a recipe to put you in mind and take you away from your ascension.
